BRIEF INTRODUCTION:

Textured soy protein (TSP) also known as texturised vegetable protein (TVP) is a meat substitute made from China origin Non-GMO soybean, after peeling, defatting, comminuting, extrusing, puffing, then gained after treated under high temperature and pressure. It is purely nature vegetable products without cholesterol or any other additives. The protein content is more than 50% and it has good water absorption, oil preserving and fibrous structure. Tasting like meat. It is an ideal high protein ingredient for meat products. It is a perfect soy protein source as food material.


APPLICATION:

The product is widely used as minced meat for vegetarians, like in boiled dumplings, sausages, meat balls, stuffing food, seasoning paste, spagettii bolognaise, hamburger, convenience or instant food. Colored textured soy protein can be processed as mimesis of beef, chicken, ham, seasoned sausages, fish etc.

PACKAGE:

5-20kgs net weight, multi-wall, poly-lined paper bags or paper cartons.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION:

The product should be stored on the pallet, in a light-proof, well-closed, cool, dry and ventilated place (at a temperature of ≤23℃ and a relative humidity of ≤60%). Following the above guidelines should insure 12-month shelf life. After opening the original packing, the complete content should be used immediately. Material can be microbiologically contaminated from unhygienic environment. It is a non-dangerous product and can be transported as a common chemical product. Protect them from sunshine or rain. Must not be loaded and transported with toxic, hazard outstand polluting substances. Handle with care in order to avoid damaging the package.
