BRIEF INTRODUCTION:
Soy dietary fiber is made from high quality non-GMO soybeans, being the general name to macromolecules of saccharides that cannot be digested by the human body, and that include cellulose, pectin xylan, mannose, etc. And it is acknowledged as "the seventh nutrient".
CHARACTERISTICS:
Excellent capacities in water retaining, expanding, emulsifying, suspending and thickening; due to many active groups on the surface of the fiber, it can intercalate and absorb organic molecules such as cholesterol and bile acid. Research proves that appropriate consumption of SDFP serves to increase movement of the bowels, to improve function of digestive system, to dilute the concentration of toxic and hazardous substances, thus shortening the time of these harmful substances remaining in the intestinal system and in contact with its walls, to prevent colon cancer, to increase sense of satiety and curb overeating; this dietary powder also helps to lessen the rate of coronary heart disease, to repair the damage to the pancreas because of long term excessive drinking, and to lower the content of cholesterol in the serum, etc.
APPLICATION:
The functional of soy dietary fiber is drawn from the cell wall material of soybean cotyledon. It is composed of a complex insoluble fiber, soluble fiber and protein. It gives its special properties of higher water binding and absorption to the food industry especially in the Sauce Products like Tomato Paste, Ketchup, Mainline Breads and Rolls, Light Breads and Rolls, Frozen and Refrigerated Doughs, and Cakes and Sweet goods. And it is also introduced as one of excellent source of dietary fiber that brings great benefit for human body health. It is recommended for usage with soy protein together for cost effective purpose in meat industry.

Recommended Application Method:
1. Put soy dietary fiber into the ingredients at the ratio of 3%-8% and chop together;
2. Take soy dietary fiber 0.5%-1.5% of the products, add 8 times water, then mix with fillings and make into quick-frozen foods;

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION:
The product should be stored on the pallet, in a light-proof, well-closed, cool, dry and ventilated place. Following the above guidelines should insure 12-month shelf life. After opening the original packing, the complete content should be used immediately. Material can be microbiologically contaminated from unhygienic environment. It is a non-dangerous product and can be transported as a common chemical product. Protect them from sunshine or rain. Must not be loaded and transported with toxic, hazard outstand polluting substances. Handle with care in order to avoid damaging the package.
