BRIEF INTRODUCTION:

Textured Peanut Protein (TVP series) is a vegetable protein product which is using peanut protein powder as raw material, adding water and soybean protein, wheat protein and other relevant materials, made by special extrusion hydration mixing process. This product has delicate taste, excellent texture and toughness because of its special fiber structure. It contains more than 50% protein and without any genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and chemical additive. It also has good water and oil absorption rate, rapid rehydration. Hence, our Textured Peanut Protein is a new type of high quality plant protein product.

Textured Peanut Protein is mainly applied in spicy meat products, frozen food (stuffing, pill type), vegetarian foods, instant snack foods and pet foods to effectively improve product quality and reduce costs. The product also can be used in family cooking directly with much convenience.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION:

The product should be stored on the pallet, in a light-proof, well-closed, cool, dry and ventilated place (at a temperature of ≤18℃ and a relative humidity of ≤60%). Following the above guidelines should insure 12-month shelf life. After opening the original packing, the complete content should be used immediately. Material can be microbiologically contaminated from unhygienic environment. It is a non-dangerous product and can be transported as a common chemical product. Protect them from sunshine or rain. Must not be loaded and transported with toxic, hazard outstand polluting substances. Handle with care in order to avoid damaging the package.
